2022 Amity Vineyards Sunset View Pinot Noir

Aptly named for the spectacular sunsets observed from the
vineyard, Sunset View sits on a west-southwest facing slope on the
low western edge of the Eola-Amity Hills. The dual benefits of
perfect exposure to long days of peak summer sun and cooling
coastal winds rushing in the Van Duzer Corridor from the Pacific
Ocean in the evenings make for wines that are simultaneously
concentrated and elegant, achieving all that Oregon wines can hope
to be. Though we have purchased fruit from this site for nearly a
decade, as owners of the property since 2023,
we look forward to continuing to elicit wines
of power and polish from the site.
